What does 'truly unlimited' mean?
No per-task credits, no monthly task cap, no hourly meter. Send what you actually need handled. One flat $99/mo covers your whole household — your tasks plus the kids, pets, and parents.
Is there really a free first week?
Yes. A card is required to start, but you won't be charged until your first week ends. If it isn't working, cancel anytime before then and you won't be charged.
What's not included?
Hollis is a virtual team, so anything physical (DMV in-person, household errands that need a body) we can plan and coordinate but can't show up for. Out-of-pocket purchases — reservations, plane tickets, flowers — get charged to your card with your sign-off, not ours.
Can I pause or cancel?
Cancel any time, no questions, no retention pitch. You can also pause for a month at a time if life shifts — we'll hold your team for when you're back.
