Operations-minded humans. Ex-executive-assistants, ex-concierge, ex-customer-success, ex-paralegal, ex-anything where you had to chase the right person, document what was promised, and follow through past the obvious. The work is varied and the members rely on us, so judgment matters more than any specific resume line.
