We thought there was a better version: a small team of real humans who learn how you like things and keep your context over time — capable of taking real work off your plate without making you feel like a ticket in a queue.

Why we grow slowly

The only way to keep the promise above is to grow at the speed of our ability to serve well. Every new member gets a proper first-week experience, and we earn the right to take on the next group. Most of the time you can start your free trial within a day; very occasionally we ask new members to wait a beat so the team they get is the right one.
